I have been tattooing since 2000. Before opening my parlour in Depot Town Ypsilanti I worked at Name Brand Tattoo in Ann Arbor for 7 years. I Had a semi-Traditional apprenticeship where I learned the basics in technique and ethics. I am also currently attending college at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, one of the top design schools in the nation. My tattoo work is based in traditional American and traditional Japanese styles. I am influenced by artists such as Horiyoshi III, Hokusai, Ed Hardy, Bert Grimm, Spider Web, Jerry collins, and Percy Waters, just to name a few. I am best at drawing women figures, flowers, animals and mythological subjects. I am well versed in my technique and able to apply any tattoo very well. My best practices include health and safety first and foremost in addition to a well thought out work of art.
